Our Principles

What We Value

1
Core Values

Humility

We approach our work and one another with openness, self-awareness, and a willingness to listen, learn, and improve—regardless of role or title.

2
Core Values

Respect

We treat clients, colleagues, and opposing parties with professionalism and courtesy, especially in difficult or high-conflict situations.

3
Core Values

Collaboration

We work as a team. Strong outcomes are the result of shared effort, coordinated roles, and collective responsibility—not individual heroics.

4
Core Values

Integrity

We act honestly and ethically in our work, decisions, and relationships, and we hold ourselves to professional standards even when doing so is inconvenient.

5
Core Values

Consistency

We value reliability and follow-through. Clients and colleagues can expect steady performance, dependable implementation, and predictable results.

6
Core Values

Accountability

We take ownership of our responsibilities, decisions, and outcomes, and we address issues directly and constructively when they arise.

FAQS

Questions?

We operate on a hybrid model that combines time in the office with time working from home. This structure supports collaboration, client service, and team connection while also allowing flexibility in where work is done. In addition to our hybrid model, we offer flexible work schedules. Whether working from the office or from home, team members may adjust their start and end times (for example, starting earlier and finishing earlier, or starting later and finishing later), provided responsibilities, availability, and client needs are met. Both the hybrid model and flexible scheduling are grounded in trust, accountability, and clear expectations.

We offer highly competitive compensation, with flexible models designed to align with different career goals. Some people prefer a more predictable structure, while others want the opportunity to increase earnings by working longer hours or taking on greater responsibility. Our approach allows individuals to shape their compensation in a way that reflects their professional ambitions, workload preferences, and stage of their career.

We provide a minimum of five weeks of paid time off, recognizing the importance of rest, sustainability, and balance in demanding professional work. We also cover professional development expenses, insurance, and memberships, and provide all tools, equipment, and resources needed to perform the job effectively. Our focus is on removing friction so people can concentrate on doing thoughtful, high-quality work.

Everyone who works at our firm has a private office, regardless of title or role. Our office includes unlimited drinks and snacks, regular team lunches, and ongoing lunch-and-learn sessions featuring visiting professionals from related fields. The environment is designed to be comfortable, collegial, and conducive to both concentration and collaboration.
